After all the ceremonies and important dates, I’ll start working on some graduation bunch, the 48 project, my girlfriend’s la la~`

I’ll be graduating today, I don’t expect to cry but there’s something that encircles my heart.

So… this is highschool?

My girlfriend and I advanced our eighth monthsary celebration since we won’t be able to meet a lot compared to our school days because we’ll be officially graduating highschool tomorrow..

Her effort on her surprise amazed me a lot (3rd photo) — especially those boxes.. they were pure handicrafts. Actually, the gift was not only for me but also for my family and relative which was quite cute. My mother brought home the her respective box (with the gift inside) together with dad’s.

This is finally the official version (with changes in structure, lighting, and color scheme). This is a commissioned artwork for my schoolmates, however the version they used is slightly different.

Yesterday, I attended the recognition along with my mother, sister, and girlfriend. Although my pictures with my girlfriend were few (since she was my photographer during the whole ceremony) and haven’t been uploaded yet.

BRAVERY I’ve made a lot of changes to the artwork itself during the process, and ta da~. If you’ll observe carefully, the concept of the piece is similar to RUA’s commission works for Get Schooled. My bad, I’m very sorry sir :(. I guess I’ve been too influenced recently by your style, I guess :(. I’ll post the other versions (with different color schemes) tomorrow. This is a requested commission from friends and from my girlfriend from the section next to mine. The first version did not include the helmet, instead, only a straight pointed hair; plus the halftones as background and an effect to the text. I also made up the helmet without sketches and without help from anybody thanks to some references I found. I did not actually depended on them, but it helped a lot. View high resolution
